To register as a VBAS Assessor, a professional must satisfy the following requirements and submit the application to the Panel Secretariat with the required documents.

The registration of a VBAS Assessor will be valid for 2 years.  A VBAS Assessor may apply for renewal of registration before expiry of the current registration period for another 2 years.

  First-time Registration Renewal of Registration
Requirements
  • has obtained the prescribed professional qualifications
  • has satisfactorily completed the prescribed training programme
  • has obtained the prescribed professional qualifications
  • submits application within three months after completion of the training programme
  • submit Declaration and Undertaking for Renewal of Registration as a VBAS Assessor not earlier than 4 months and not later than 28 days prior to the expiry date of the relevant registration
