To register as a VBAS Assessor, a professional must satisfy the following requirements and submit the application to the Panel Secretariat with the required documents.

The registration of a VBAS Assessor will be valid for 2 years.  A VBAS Assessor may apply for renewal of registration before expiry of the current registration period for another 2 years.

Requirements	has obtained the prescribed professional qualifications has satisfactorily completed the prescribed training programme	has obtained the prescribed professional qualifications
	submits application within three months after completion of the training programme	submit Declaration and Undertaking for Renewal of Registration as a VBAS Assessor not earlier than 4 months and not later than 28 days prior to the expiry date of the relevant registration
