Terms of Reference of the Appeal and Disciplinary Sub-Committee

1. To consider and inquire into appeal cases related to building certification, assessor registration and regulatory / disciplinary actions against non-performing VBAS Assessors, and to make recommendations for approval by the Hong Kong Quality Building Assessment Panel.

2. To consider and inquire into cases of non-performing Voluntary Building Assessment Scheme Assessors and recommend regulatory / disciplinary actions for approval by the Hong Kong Quality Building Assessment Panel.
